UID is seeing many registrars entering the scene for enrolling citizens. These include State Govts., Banks and other govt. bodies like the postal dept. What would be interesting to see is the price which becomes the norm across these organizations and how will businesses evolve a profitable model around the same set of citizens in an area to which all the registrars will have access to.
